VERMONT QUILT FESTIVAL CONTEST

2011 is the 33rd year for the Vermont Quilt Festival contest. Entries from all over the United States, Canada and abroad are exhibited. VQF is  a non-juried show. Quilts entered are new work, completed after the previous year's entry cutoff date, and are accepted by postmark date. You will enjoy seeing quilts from the tiniest miniature to 110" square. There are nine categories, including  one for beginner quilters and one for youth. Quilts are judged by four internationally known judges. Nineteen named awards and a possible twelve others are presented on opening night of the Festival. The theme category for 2011 is Yankee Ingenuity. Please read the Contest FAQ's.
