Priority Registration – April 7th at 9 a.m.
General Registration – April 14th at 9 a.m.
Please read through these directions before registering.
Step 1: Email the registrar for the link to Priority Registration
Step 2: The first screen will ask you for your basic information & class assistant option. You will also be creating your username and password. Below you fill find the password requirements. If your password does not match these requirements, a green box will pop up to remind you.
One completed, click REGISTER to continue to next page.
Step 3: Provide your emergency contact information in the provided fields. Once completed, click REGISTER to continue
Step 4: Review the Terms & Conditions. If you accept, click the box next to “I agree to the Vermont Quilt Festival….” Next, click REGISTER to complete. To confirm, a yellow REGISTER box will appear for you to click.
Step 5: Your screen will redirect you to our festival Registration/options/events ticket page. Please allow a moment for the page to load. It will do so on its own and you will not need to click anything. When it finishes loading, you will then see your registration fee of $35 at the top and be able to choose any event tickets or other options you’d like to add to your cart. Once complete, scroll to the bottom and click BOOK TICKET.
Step 6: Head to the top menu of our site to the “Classes” menu and pick “Select Classes” from the drop-down menu. This is where the fun begins! You will now have access to all available classes.
To view class description- click on a class listing and scroll down to “Event Details.” You will find more information about the class here.
Step 7: To complete your order, find the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button in your shopping cart. Follow the rest of the prompts to complete your order.
Step 8 (& Beyond): There will be a short approval period while the system confirms your credentials for priority registration. This will not affect your seat in the classroom. Once that is finalized, you will receive a few emails confirming various stages of this process. One email will have a subject line of “[#Order Number]Tickets” and it will have an attachment in it. IT IS VITAL YOU SAVE THIS EMAIL! This will be your “boarding pass” and you must print this out and bring this to registration in June.
To register each individual must register using their unique email address. Your email address will then be used to log into your account. If you do not have an email address then you must register by mail. You cannot register classes for your friends under your account. Each person must register separately.
If you have not earned priority registration, your order will not be acceptable during the Priority Registration period. VQF reserves the right to cancel an order if you do not register during your assigned time.

It is thanks to our hundreds of generous volunteers that VQF runs so efficiently. During set-up week and through the Festival to post-Festival takedown, Festival-goers like you fill many diverse and critical jobs.
The most coveted perk of volunteering is earning early priority registration by volunteering four (4) hours of more. In exchange for four (4) or more hours, you will be entitled to sign up for the next year’s classes before the general public to increase your chances of getting into the classes that you want most!
Volunteers who complete twenty (20) or more hours are considered Senior Staff will have the opportunity to register prior to priority registration. Learn more and sign up to be a volunteer!
